Terra Firma Business Consulting is expanding its Project Management practice in Victoria. We are seeking a practical, commercially minded Project Manager who excels at building relationships and delivering outcomes across business and technology initiatives.

You will manage diverse client engagements across varying delivery environments, collaborate with executives, delivery teams and vendors, and guide projects from initiation to closure with strong governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business, technology and transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work with executives, delivery teams and vendors.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
• Consulting mindset and ability to adapt to client environments.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent influencing and conflict resolution skills.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, SAFe, Scrum viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technology projects from initiation through delivery.

The Opportunity

We're growing our Project Management practice and looking for Project Managers who enjoy working in consulting environments and helping clients solve business and technology challenges. Working across a variety of client engagements, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, lead projects and transformation initiatives, and deliver successful business outcomes.

You'll have the opportunity to work with different clients, industries and delivery environments while continuing to develop your consulting capability alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Responsibilities Include

Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, SAFe, Scrum or equivalent will be viewed favourably.

You will be comfortable working with clients across Victoria and attending client sites as required.
