Terra Firma Pty Ltd invites applications for a junior to mid-level Change Manager/Change Analyst. The role offers exposure to government, financial services, not-for-profit, telecommunications, technology and utilities sectors within a dynamic Australian consulting environment.

You will report to the Consulting Capability Executive and work across diverse client assignments, building experience in change management, agile and traditional delivery methods, and large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

Change Manager / Change Analyst – Junior to Mid-Level Consultant

The Opportunity

We are seeking a junior to mid-level Change Manager or Change Analyst who wants to build a career in business and project services consulting while contributing to varied client assignments.

Reporting to the Consulting Capability Executive you will be provided with ongoing leadership and support. A typical assignment with one of our clients may include:

• Change Strategy Development: Create and implement change management strategies aligned with the organisation’s objectives and initiatives, utilising contemporary change methodologies in agile and traditional delivery environments
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to build support and involvement throughout the change process
• Change Communication: Develop clear, concise, and targeted communication plans to ensure all employees are informed and prepared for upcoming changes
• Training and Support: Design and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new processes, tools, and systems
• Resistance Management: Identify potential sources of resistance and develop strategies to address concerns and encourage adoption
• Impact Assessment: Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes will affect various teams and processes, and ensure necessary steps are taken to mitigate disruptions
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track progress of change initiatives, measure success, and provide regular updates to leadership
• Continuous Improvement: Review and evaluate change management processes to identify opportunities for improvement in future initiatives
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to align change management efforts with broader organisational goals

The Ideal Candidate

You will bring experience as a Change Manager or Change Analyst with exposure to a variety of different industries and knowledge and experience with contemporary change methodologies in agile and traditional delivery, experience across large transformations and system implementations, leading cultural change and new ways of working for large user groups.
