Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced strata manager to take day-to-day responsibility for a compact portfolio of ~45 properties, mainly across the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West. You will work with a specialist team, supported by strong systems and dedicated admin, to deliver a balanced, long-term career path.

• Attending General Meetings (all meetings conducted via Zoom)
• Liaising with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders
• Providing leave cover for other managers (excluding meetings)

You will be supported by a Compliance Manager, Insurance Manager, and dedicated admin team, allowing you to focus on service delivery rather than admin overload.

About You

• Previous strata management experience (essential)
• Strata Certificate required
• Valid driver’s licence and car
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, and looking for a long-term role
