Job summary

Vital Facilities Management in Sydney is seeking a Junior Strata Building Manager to join our dynamic team and develop expertise in strata management and body corporate administration. This role provides hands-on experience supporting residential, commercial and industrial schemes with guidance from experienced managers.

You will assist with notices, meetings, compliance with the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015, tenant and owner communications, and liaise with contractors to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and willing to learn in strata management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of strata schemes, notices, agendas and minutes for meetings.
• Support AGMs and EGM coordination and logistics.
• Process owner enquiries, maintenance requests and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors and residents for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with major project coordination and maintenance planning.
• Support compliance with Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 and NSW legislation.
• Help implement building maintenance schedules and capital works programs.
• Conduct inspections of common property and prepare condition reports.
• Assist with tenant and occupancy matters where applicable.
