Job summary

Dahlsens Building Centres Pty in Cairns is offering entry-level roles at our Paint Centre in Bungalow for school students. You will work at the hardware counter helping tradies, builders and DIYers, answering questions and guiding customers to what they need.

You must be 15 or older and able to work afternoons, weekends and school holidays. Training will be provided, with a focus on safety, product knowledge and friendly service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’ve got great entry-level opportunities for school students at our Paint Centre located in Bungalow.

You’ll be working at the hardware counter and helping customers find what they need. Whether they’re tradies, builders or weekend DIYers, you’ll chat with them, ask the right questions and make their visit easy and friendly.

You’ll need to be 15 years of age, still at school, able to work afternoons, weekends & school holidays.

• Physically able to safely lift and move stock when needed
