The Position

• You'll be in the field carrying out routine inspections to ensure properties are being maintained to the highest standard.
• Complete detailed ingoing and outgoing inspections to ensure properties are in excellent condition before tenants move in and after they move out.
• Coordinate access with tenants to ensure smooth and efficient inspection processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support the broader property management team, helping to ensure all aspects of property management run smoothly.

The Person

• A passion for providing excellent service and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and property owners
• You will enjoy managing your own time and working outside the office, with a balance of autonomy and support from the team
• You must have an eye for detail, especially when it comes to property cleanliness and condition
• A Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is essential for this role
• You will need your own vehicle for property inspections and a valid driver's licence
