Hudson Bond, a leading Melbourne real estate agency, invites an entry-level Property Manager to join our Growth Program. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and develop skills across portfolio management and leasing support.

The role emphasizes professional development, a supportive team culture, and a modern approach to property management. A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is required, and a reliable car is preferred for daily duties.

Qualifications

• Preferably real estate experience in Administration, Reception or as an Assistant, though entry level OK.
• Mature and positive 'can do' attitude.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Desire for continuous improvement and learning.
• People skills and ability to build relationships.
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is required.
• Reliable car and driver’s license.
• Role does NOT require weekend work; Monday to Friday only.
