Ventani Group is seeking a Junior Property Manager to join our premium development team on the Gold Coast. You will support the Senior Property Manager in managing a portfolio of around 150 properties, primarily high-end developments, with exposure to both admin and field duties.

You will develop technical knowledge, client service skills and confidence, with progression opportunities as you grow into greater responsibilities within a premium property management environment.

Qualifications

• QLD Certificate of Registration is required.
• Experience in property management is advantageous.
• Strong customer service focus and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Support the Senior Property Manager with a portfolio of ~150 properties.
• Assist with day-to-day property management administration.
• Conduct routine property inspections and field duties.
• Assist with entry/exit condition reports and tenancy admin.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with tenants, owners and contractors.
• Support lease renewals and tenancy administration.
• Follow up arrears and tenancy issues as needed.
• Assist with open homes and property access where required.
• Maintain accurate property records and ensure compliance.
• Deliver exceptional service to owners and tenants and help run the portfolio smoothly.

Our ClientOur client is a premium South East Queensland Developer who delivers high-end and quality projects to the market, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

With an integrated approach to development and property, the business has a strong understanding of the entire property lifecycle and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for both owners and residents.

Their Property Management division manages a portfolio of premium developments - most of which have been developed by the business itself. The team is supportive, collaborative and passionate about delivering a high standard of service across their portfolio.

With several projects in the pipeline and an expansion of their rent roll, they are seeking a full time Junior Property Managerto join their team based in their Mermaid Beach head office.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional looking to build a long-term career in Property Management within a premium development environment.

Working alongside a Senior Property Manager, you will provide support across a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, predominantly comprising high-end developments delivered by the business.

The role will provide exposure to both the administrative and field-based aspects of Property Management, giving you the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, client service skills and confidence within the industry.

As your experience develops, there will be the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and ultimately progress towards managing your own portfolio.

This role will include:

• Supporting the Senior Property Manager with the management of approximately 150 properties
• Assisting with day-to-day property management administration
• Conducting routine inspections and other field-based duties
• Assisting with entry and exit condition reports
• Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with tenants, owners and contractors
• Assisting with lease renewals and tenancy administration
• Following up arrears and other tenancy matters
• Assisting with open homes and property access where required
• Maintaining accurate property records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Providing exceptional service to owners and tenants
• Supporting the Senior Property Manager with the smooth running of the portfolio

About You

• Minimum 6 months experience in a property management role
• Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
