Job summary

Ventani Group in Brisbane is seeking a 2IC to General Manager - Property Management to support day-to-day operations, mentor the team and help ensure compliance and high service standards. This role has no portfolio attached and focuses on leadership development and team coverage.

This is an excellent stepping stone for a Senior Property Manager to broaden exposure to operational aspects of the property management business while contributing to team success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in property management.
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration.
• Reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence.
• Immaculately presented.
• Strong client service skills and a customer focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day support to the General Manager and Property Management team
• Assisting with the onboarding, training and development of team members
• Supporting compliance processes, procedures and reporting
• Assisting with KPI monitoring and performance reporting
• Providing guidance and support on complex tenancy, landlord and property management matters
• Helping troubleshoot issues and identify practical solutions for the team
• Stepping in to manage portfolios when required to provide leave coverage or additional support
• Helping maintain consistent processes and high service standards across the department

Working closely with the General Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Property Management team.
