Job summary

Walkson Recruitment Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is hiring an Assistant Property Manager / Junior Property Manager for a full-time role in the South Gold Coast. This position provides a clear entry path into property management with structured training to grow into a Property Manager.

You will support day-to-day portfolio tasks, assist with leasing, coordinate inspections, communicate with tenants and landlords, and learn the systems powering a busy PM department from day one.

Qualifications

• Completion of the QLD Real Estate Salesperson Registration Course.
• Licence application submitted and currently pending issue.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable car.

Looking to break into real estate or build onto your existing career in Property Management?

This full-time opportunity is designed for someone ready to get their foot in the door, learn the foundations properly, and grow into a Property Manager role over time.

You'll gain hands-on experience across both property management support and leasing, giving you a well-rounded introduction to the industry from day one.

About the Opportunity

This role offers a genuine pathway into the real estate industry or Property Management, with structured support and exposure to all aspects of property management.

Working alongside an experienced team, you'll assist with day-to-day portfolio tasks while also playing an active role in leasing activities.
