Job summary

A well-established Brisbane real estate agency is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join their team. You will support a Property Manager with residential portfolio management and handle tenant/landlord enquiries, maintenance, and lease administration.

You'll coordinate inspections, reports, and renewals, assist with arrears, compliance and admin, and build strong relationships with tenants, landlords and tradespeople while developing toward greater responsibility within the

• Experience in real estate administration and property management is desirable.
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
