Job summary

Gough Recruitment's client, a well-established real estate agency in Sydney's Inner West, is seeking a Junior Property Manager to join their close-knit team.

You will support a residential portfolio, liaise with landlords and tenants, coordinate repairs, assist with lease renewals, manage arrears, and help drive compliance. Training and career development are provided within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Management experience is advantageous; strong entry-level applicants will be considered.
• COR is required to operate as property manager.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business.

Responsibilities

• Support a residential portfolio tailored to your experience.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and work orders.
• Assist with lease renewals and rental increases.
• Manage tenancy administration and arrears.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Property Management team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
