Job summary

Image Realty Springwood is looking for a proactive leasing professional to join our busy, friendly team. You’ll own the leasing process and collaborate with Property Managers, the Business Development team and office support to keep rental functions moving smoothly.

Your week will include open homes and private inspections, handling leasing enquiries, processing applications, coordinating tenancy handovers and supporting marketing of rental properties.

Qualifications

• Leasing or property management experience preferred but not essential.
• Confident, approachable and professional with strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload with attention to detail.

THE ROLE

You’ll take ownership of the leasing process and work closely with our Property Managers, Business Development team and office support team.

Your week will include:

• Conducting open homes and private inspections

• Managing leasing enquiries and applicant communication

• Processing applications efficiently and thoroughly

• Working closely with Property Managers and landlords throughout the approval process

• Preparing lease documentation and coordinating tenancy handovers

• Assisting with the marketing and presentation of rental properties

• Keeping leasing activity moving through consistent follow-up

• Supporting the wider team during busy periods

• Delivering a positive experience for applicants, landlords and tenants

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who understands the pace of real estate and enjoys working in a busy team environment.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have previous leasing or property management experience is preferred but not essential

• Are confident, approachable and professional

• Have strong follow-up and communication skills

• Can manage a busy workload while maintaining attention to detail

• Bring a positive attitude and good energy to the office

• Take initiative and don’t need to be constantly prompted

• Are happy to assist outside your immediate role when required

• Work well independently while still being a genuine team player

• Take pride in delivering a high standard of work and service

You’ll also need:

• Current QLD Driver’s Licence

• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
