The Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Managing leasing for new and existing properties
• Following up prospective tenants and enquiries
• Communicating with owners and tenants throughout the leasing process
• Working closely with Property Managers and the Business Development team
• Coordinating with administrative support to ensure leasing tasks are completed efficiently
• Keeping property and applicant information accurate and up to date
• Providing a professional and positive experience throughout the leasing process

Hours

This is a full-time position and includes Saturday work as part of the normal roster.

Time worked on Saturdays is balanced with time off during the week:

• Full Saturday worked = full weekday off
• Half Saturday worked = half weekday off
