Job summary

Ray White in Victoria is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our high-performing property management team. You will handle leasing of residential properties, conduct open homes and private inspections, and liaise with owners and renters to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires an Agent’s Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, a valid driver’s licence, excellent presentation and communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

What you will bring to the team

As a full-time Leasing Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in our leasing and property management division. Saturday work is part of the role, with time in lieu provided on Fridays to keep your week balanced. You’ll be responsible for:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners and prospective renters

Working closely with the team to ensure smooth, efficient operations

To thrive in this role, you will need:

A current Agent’s Representative Certificate/ Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agent's Representative Certificate)

A valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle

Excellent presentation and communication skills

A proactive, “can-do” attitude and ability to work autonomously and within a team
