Job summary

Lead Group Consultancy is seeking a motivated professional with a strong background in estimating, contract administration or project coordination for shopfitting and commercial fit-out projects, looking to broaden responsibilities and progress into a full Project Management role.

You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams across the project lifecycle from initial planning through to delivery and completion.

Qualifications

• Experience within commercial fit-out or shopfitting
• Estimating, contract administration or project coordination experience
• Good understanding of construction processes, and documentation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
