Job summary

Clicks is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead complex engineering and technology initiatives in the mining sector. You will work with software, systems, product and engineering teams to drive projects from concept to delivery, supporting both autonomous and staffed mining operations.

Applicants should have 5-7 years of project management in engineering or technology, with mining industry experience and strong stakeholder management.

• Essential mining industry experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and delivery skills.
• A proactive, self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to manage complexity, remove roadblocks and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Experience with MineStar, fleet management, autonomy, systems engineering or software development will be highly regarded.

Engineering Project Manager | Mining Technology

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex engineering and technology initiatives across the mining sector.

You’ll work closely with software, systems, product and engineering teams to drive projects from concept through to delivery, supporting both autonomous and staffed mining operations.

What you’ll bring:

• 5-7 years’ project management experience in engineering or technology
