Job summary

WPP Production in Sydney is seeking an entry-level Production Coordinator embedded in our primary production team to support advertising and marketing content projects across TV, social, digital, and more. You will assist with documentation, supplier records, estimates, schedules, and coordination, while learning from senior Producers in a fast-moving creative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency or studio environments that produce advertising content.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Early stage project management experience, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Interest in production finance and creating estimates and POs.
• Understanding of the post-production pipeline (edit, colour grading, audio).
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
• Keeps up with industry trends in content production.
• Proficient in Excel and data management.

Responsibilities

• Support Producer Team with project documentation: supplier records, purchase orders, estimates, project schedules and resourcing.
• Coordinate Material Instructions for all projects across the team.
• Respond promptly to internal/external requests regarding costs, timings, quality, risks.
• Assist with day-to-day production workflows and finance system tasks.
