Responsibilities

• Assist with campaign timelines, bookings, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and material deadlines.
• Support reporting and campaign performance updates.
• Help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
• Assist with digital trafficking and general campaign execution tasks.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documents.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and assist with follow‑up actions.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute ideas in planning sessions and team brainstorms.
• Update spreadsheets, reports, and client records.
• Support purchase orders, invoicing, and finance admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate campaign and client documentation.
