Job summary

WPP Production in Sydney is seeking a passionate Content Producer (entry to mid level) to lead scoping and delivery of social content and retail projects from briefing through to rollout. You will handle end-to-end production, budgets, timelines, and client communications across Retail, Social and OOH channels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in content and retail production, or related field.
• Proven ability to take client briefs through all stages of content creation.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Developing commercial acumen with estimates and POs.
• Knowledge of post-production pipeline (edit, colour, audio, delivery).
• Excellent client engagement and ability to manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Take client briefs and oversee end-to-end production of content projects, from inception to optimisation.
• Manage a diverse portfolio including Retail, native social, Video and OOH.
• Oversee and support moderate to complex productions with strong documentation.
• Ensure briefs are scoped, estimated accurately and on time.
• Develop and manage timing plans, estimates, and budgets for projects.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and communicate progress to senior leads.
• Protect profitability through accurate estimating and post-project reconciliation.
• Build trust-based relationships with client contacts and partners.
• Collaborate with Client Delivery, Creative & Generative Chapters and studio teams.
