Job summary

Elite Supplements AU is seeking a Junior Operations Coordinator to own day-to-day processes across our retail network, starting in Canberra with eventual expansion to Sydney. Reporting to Head of Operations, you’ll grow from core tasks to project work, including systems rollouts and international expansion.

This entry point offers hands-on experience across operations, data, and cross‑departmental initiatives in a fast-moving AFR Fast 100 business.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is ideal, but strong administrative background also welcome.
• You should be organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store stocktake data and central inventory accuracy.
• Run purchase order checks and backfill orders when missed.
• Process expired/damaged stock and update barcode imports.
• Manage store communications, reminders, and the ordering calendar.
• Support the global rollout of a new POS system across markets.
