Job summary

YSAS Youth Support and Advocacy Service in Victoria is seeking a Junior ICT Officer to provide friendly first-line ICT support to staff, helping them use technology effectively. Based in our ICT team, you will assist with user access, device management and small technology projects, while building hands-on skills through collaboration and ongoing learning in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows devices and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Ability to troubleshoot ICT issues and follow procedures.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line ICT support to staff.
• Assist with user access management and device management.
• Contribute to technology projects and ongoing ICT improvements.
• Maintain service desk tickets and asset records with attention to privacy and security.
