Marine Transport Group in Sunshine, VIC is seeking a motivated Junior Fleet Controller to support day-to-day fleet operations and administrative tasks. The role offers full training and a clear path to progress into a Fleet Controller position, with potential for occasional work-from-home days.

Based at our Sunshine office, you will coordinate daily fleet activities, maintain records, and liaise with team members to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualificações

• Strong computer literacy and confidence using digital systems.
• Knowledge of Melbourne metropolitan suburbs.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the coordination and monitoring of daily fleet operations.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal computer systems.
• Support fleet scheduling and transport coordination activities.
• Assist with route planning and delivery coordination.
• Liaise with team members to support the efficient operation of the fleet.
• Undertake general administrative duties as required.
