Job summary

Agilent Technologies is seeking a field service engineer to support customers in Australia with on-site installation, maintenance and repair of Agilent and multi-vendor systems.

You will install and optimize hardware and software at client sites, diagnose performance issues, perform calibration and provide training while collaborating with Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D. Fresh graduates are welcomed; candidates based in Victoria are preferred and a strong customer‑service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering or sciences.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Per the listing, Perth preferred; Victoria may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of Agilent and multi-vendor systems.
• Install and optimize hardware/software/network products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Sales, Marketing, R&D) to provide solutions.
• May deliver internal technical training and calibration on-site.
