Job summary

ATB Morton in Newcastle, NSW, is seeking a motivated Junior Contracts Administrator to support project administration and document control across construction contracts.

You will work with project managers and contract admins, assisting with subcontractor administration, cost tracking, and progress claims, while developing your career in a growing Australian-owned business. A driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or studies in construction management or related field.
• Experience in administration or construction environment is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with subcontractor and supplier administration.
• Support preparation and management of contract documentation.
• Maintain project records, registers and document control systems.
• Assist with progress claims, invoices and payment processes.
• Support variation management and project reporting.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor communications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
