82 Degrees North is seeking a Cloud Support Officer to join a Commonwealth Government agency working within a modern cloud and data environment.
You’ll join a multidisciplinary Product Operations Team, supporting the day-to-day operation of cloud-based data products and services used across the agency.
This is a hands‑on support role suited to someone with experience across AWS, cloud applications, incident management and user support who wants to continue developing their technical capability in a highly interesting government environment.
You’ll work alongside product managers, engineers, architects and other technical specialists to help keep cloud data products secure, reliable and available to users.
Experience within Australian Government, Defence, National Security or other security-conscious enterprise environments would be highly regarded.
An active AGSVA Security Clearance will be required for this role. Candidates without an active clearance will not be considered for this role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a cloud support professional who wants to build deeper capability across AWS, cloud operations and modern data platforms without needing to already be a senior cloud engineer.

We expect this role to pay approximately $85.00/hr which is an attractive package for a SFIA 2 position.
