Job summary

Sage Insurance is seeking a motivated Junior Claims Executive to join the Strata team in Melbourne or Brisbane on a hybrid basis. You will support the full lifecycle of strata claims, from lodgement to settlement, while learning claims processes and policy coverage with full training provided.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in insurance or claims, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. This role offers growth within a supportive, Australian-owned insurance specialist.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of strata claims from lodgement through to settlement.
