Sales HQ Recruitment & Training in Sydney is hiring driven individuals for a Sales Executive role. You will undergo an intensive 8-week training, earn RG146 accreditation, and take ownership of your sales book from day one.

You’ll be mentored by the Sales Manager in a fast-paced, high-performance culture with uncapped earnings and a rewarding career path in finance and international currency markets.

• Interest or background in finance will help you excel in currency/fintech sales.

What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll get everything you need to succeed:

• 8-Week Intensive Training: You will be taught everything there is to know about sales and the international currency market. Plus, you’ll earn your RG146 accreditation, making you a finance pro in no time.
• End-to-End Sales Experience: From the first cold call to closing the deal, you’ll own the whole process. You’ll build and manage your own book of business, giving you full control over your success.
• Mentorship & Support: You won’t be thrown in the deep end. You’ll be closely mentored by the Sales Manager, who will guide you through each step and help you master the sales process.
• Uncapped Earnings: Once you’ve completed your training, you’ll be out there closing deals and building your client base. The more you sell, the more you earn, it's as simple as that!

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for sales people, whether you have 6 months of sales experience or more, and have an interest in getting into finance and sales. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet, they will teach you everything you need to know.

What we do need is:

• Drive and Ambition: You want to be the best and are willing to work hard to get there.
• Sales Experience (or Potential): If you’ve got at least 6 months of sales experience, great. If not, but you’ve got the mindset to succeed, we would still be open to a chat.
• Passion for Finance: If you’ve got a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Commerce, that’s awesome. But it’s your interest and enthusiasm for the financial markets that will really shine through.

Base Salary of $85K + Super, plus uncapped commissions, payrise yr 2, OTE significantly increase yr 2 onwards + trailing comms structure
