First State Auctions in Sydney is seeking a Jewellery Administrator to help prepare fine jewellery, diamonds and gemstones for auction. This hands-on role reviews item information, coordinates certification and valuations, liaises with jewellers and keeps precise records to ensure each piece is ready for auction.

You will use our inventory management system and monitor progress through every stage of preparation.

Qualifikationen

• Strong administration background.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, auctions or a similar environment would be an advantage.
• Confidence working with detailed product information and systems.

About the Role

First State Auctions specialises in fine jewellery, Swiss watches and designer handbags. We’re looking for a Jewellery Administrator to help manage jewellery through each stage of preparation for auction.

This is a hands-on administration and coordination role where you’ll review item information, organise certification, liaise with jewellers and keep accurate records to ensure each piece is ready for auction.

Your responsibilities will include:
