Job summary

Neve Jewels Group in Sydney is seeking a Repair & Assessment Coordinator to organize jewellery repairs and assessments, manage returns and replacements, and support stock management across stores and workshops.

You will work closely with stores, suppliers, and regional offices to ensure efficient operations and excellent after-sales service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of jewellery, product assessment or repair processes.
• Experience in customer service, workshop coordination, retail operations or logistics.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate jewellery repairs, assessments, returns and replacements, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
• Manage jewellery movements between stores, workshops and customers.
• Liaise with workshops and internal teams to track repairs and resolve issues.
• Source stones, findings and components for urgent orders and repairs.
• Coordinate stock transfers, stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
• Respond to customer and store enquiries via phone and email.
• Provide operational support to stores across logistics, packaging and stock management.
• Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company procedures.

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Repair & Assessment Coordinator to join our Sydney Operations team. You will coordinate jewellery repairs, product assessments, returns and replacements, while supporting stock management and operational requirements across our retail stores.

Working closely with store teams, workshops, suppliers and regional offices, you'll help ensure efficient processes and exceptional after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities
