Dependingon the level of the position, responsibilities will include maintaining anddeveloping customer relationships, promoting the company’s product range,identifying new business opportunities, and supporting overall salesactivities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service andoperational support
• Contribute to additional sales and customer support activities asrequired

Your Profile

• Business-level English and proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin,Cantonese, or Korean
• Experience in sales, customer service, account management, orsimilar customer-facing roles will be highly regarded
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word,Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiplepriorities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently andcollaboratively
• Physically capable of handling products of up to 25kg when required
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach
• Valid Australian working rights with a minimum of two yearsremaining such as theTemporary Graduate visa (subclass 485), are welcome to apply
• Current QLD Driver's License
