Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on IT change activities across SDLC and IT operations.
• Provide expert guidance on change governance, risk, implementation readiness, and rollback planning.
• Collaborate with service owners, project teams, delivery leaders and client representatives.
• Maintain clear change records, governance evidence, and stakeholder communications.
