Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) including governance, controls, risk assessment, scheduling and review.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and problem/change management workflows.
• Proven ability to lead or advise on high-impact change activities across the SDLC.
• Ability to evaluate change impact, risk, dependencies, and rollout plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on IT infrastructure and environment change activities across the lifecycle.
• Provide expert guidance on complex technology challenges and influence decisions across teams.
• Promote consistent ITSM practices, governance and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals and project delivery.
