Job summary

Glen Education is seeking an IT and Systems Support Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for ICT requests, support systems, and technology for our network of 25 kindergarten services. The role combines on-site and remote support from our Bentleigh East office to ensure reliable access and secure operations.

You will contribute to improving organisational processes, analytics, and compliance while aligning with cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

• IT support experience in a multi-site environment desirable.
• Ability to respond to technical requests and incidents promptly.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for ICT support across Glen Education.
• Support development and implementation of systems and internal IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external IT partners in Bentleigh East.
• Ensure devices and operations run reliably and support analytics/reporting.
