Job summary

Cire Services in Melbourne region seeks an ICT Support Officer to join our growing team on a full-time fixed-term 6-month contract at the Lilydale office. You will deliver ICT administration and support for hardware and software used by staff, students, and external stakeholders.

You will be a friendly, customer-focused technical specialist, handling device management, onboarding/offboarding, backups, basic networking, and site visits, with opportunities to contribute to cloud and cyber security

Qualifications

• 1–2 years ICT enterprise/helpdesk experience.
• Experience with Microsoft solutions, AD/Entra, and Windows OS.
• Full valid Australian Driver's Licence for site visits.
• Creative problem solver with commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICT customer service and staff support.
• Device management for campus hardware and software.
• Onboarding and offboarding staff securely.
• Backups, recovery and repair tasks.
• Perform site visits as required.
• Support basic networking and desktop operations.
