Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician (L2) to help maintain daily IT operations in Sydney. You will perform hardware moves, set up devices, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS while addressing network issues.

You will also manage asset inventories, update records, and respond to walk-in requests. The role follows global SLAs for IT and AV tickets and involves coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Performing end-user hardware moves
• Setting up devices such as laptops, macs, monitors, keyboards for internal users
• Troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and macOS issues
• Resolving network connectivity issues and common end user support items
• Maintaining an organized storage space for IT equipment and keeping inventory counts up to date
• Updating asset management records when deploying or recovering equipment from users
• Handling walk-in support and administrative requests
• Ticket Management – triage, allocation, and resolution of IT and AV support tickets in line with global SLAs
