Job summary

Interactive is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to resolve complex Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environment issues, working with an experienced team to maintain secure, high-performing customer platforms across Australia.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers, leverage PowerShell scripting, and operate within ITIL-aligned processes to deliver exceptional service. This role involves on-call shifts and ongoing customer onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft 365, Azure and legacy on-premises experience.
• Experience supporting cloud and hybrid environments.
• MSP experience highly regarded; PowerShell scripting and ServiceNow platform experience.
• Knowledge of email security, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
• Understanding of ITIL and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• L2/L3 support across Microsoft 365, Azure and legacy platforms.
• Manage patching and remediation activities.
• Perform vulnerability remediation across customer environments.
• Identity management for customer platforms using Microsoft systems.
• Submit and process change controls.
• Support customer onboarding and service transitions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and pre-sales teams.
• Install and maintain applications and services on managed Microsoft platforms.
• Participate in an on-call roster.

In this role, you'll support a diverse range of customers across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid infrastructures, helping to maintain critical systems, resolve technical issues, drive continuous improvement, and provide trusted technical expertise.
