Job summary

Barry Nilsson, a leading Australian law firm, seeks an experienced IT Support Technician to join the Perth team. You will provide on-site and remote 2nd line IT support across all offices, focusing on Perth, ensuring staff can work efficiently.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT support/helpdesk in a professional services environment.
Windows desktop proficiency required.
Experience with client PC connectivity: patching, Ethernet, TCP/IP, VPN.
Strong knowledge of iManage, Microsoft 365 and AV tech.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote IT support across offices.
Serve as primary helpdesk contact; resolve or escalate issues.
Onboard new users and manage user accounts.
Deploy and support laptops, printers and mobile devices.
Manage and troubleshoot iManage and Microsoft 365 issues.
Assist with setup and support of video conferences and AV across offices.
Support SOE deployment and maintenance; maintain IT asset records.
Document support activities and collaborate with stakeholders to improve IT services.
