The IT Support Technician at BKH Group provides day-to-day technical support to employees across the business, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, hardware and software in Sydney. The role focuses on Level 1/2 support, troubleshooting issues and maintaining devices.

You will assist with administration of user accounts, manage assets, deployments via MDM, VPN/network issues, and liaise with vendors to procure hardware and licenses. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Aufgaben

• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets and support requests via in-person, phone, and remote
• Diagnose and document technical issues, solutions, and configurations in the knowledge base
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, iPads, and other peripherals
• Manage asset inventory and track equipment lifecycle
• Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications
• Manage and track software licenses
• Deploy and manage devices using MDM platforms (e.g. Microsoft Intune)
• Troubleshoot network issues including Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and remote access problems
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, changes, and system configurations
• Liaise with third-party vendors for hardware, software, and license procurement
