Colliers in Sydney CBD is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Officer to join our growing team. This Level 2 support role will deliver responsive, professional IT support to NSW employees and help maintain a seamless technology experience across the Sydney offices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Level 2-3 helpdesk or similar role.
• Familiar with Windows 11, MS Office 365, Citrix, SCCM, and ServiceNow.
• Experience with audio/visual conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and proactively resolve IT issues for Sydney offices.
• Provide first and second level hardware and software support.
• Adhere to all processes and document procedures accordingly.
• Make recommendations on upgrades and replacements when necessary.
• Contribute to local delivery of customer-facing technology initiatives and participate in projects.
