Job summary
Richmond Valley Council is seeking an IT Support Officer in Casino to handle customer IT incidents promptly, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure IT systems stay fast, stable and secure. The role involves onboarding/offboarding for new staff and providing customer-focused training and support.
We offer a 70-hour fortnight, with a salary range of $72,987 to $83,933 plus 12% superannuation. This full-time position is a great opportunity to contribute to a friendly community in the Casino region.

- Respond to customer IT incidents and resolve them quickly.
- Analyse and resolve more complex problems affecting many users.
- Monitor and support network and systems.
- Provide training and support to customers.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for new staff regarding IT.
- Ensure IT systems are fast, stable, reliable and dependable for users.
