Box Hill Institute is seeking an ICT Support technician to back staff and students across campuses. You'll work in a structured service desk providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for devices and classroom AV tech. This full-time role supports multiple sites and a range of end-user technologies.

You'll join a growing IT, Digital and AI space, with on-site parking and generous leave options. A customer-focused, collaborative approach is essential in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• ICT service desk or end-user support experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Apple and Android end-user environments.
• Able to support devices, OS and apps in Tier 1/2.
• Experience with classroom and AV tech.
• Familiar with IT service management processes.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Able to work across multiple locations.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 ICT support to staff and students onsite and remotely.
• Log, prioritise, resolve or elevate incidents and service requests in line with service standards.
• Support end-user devices including desktops, laptops, mobiles, peripherals and printers.
• Provide operational support for classroom, meeting and audio-visual technologies.
• Assist with device provisioning, deployment, refresh and decommissioning activities.
• Maintain accurate ICT asset and stock records.
• Contribute to knowledge articles and operational documentation.
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service and clear communication.
