Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will resolve issues, document procedures, and participate in IT initiatives. A collaborative, high-performing team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Level 2-3 helpdesk role or similar.
• Proficient with Windows 11 and Office 365 suite.
• Familiarity with Citrix and SCCM, plus conferencing tech.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve IT issues for Sydney offices.
• Provide first and second level hardware and software support.
• Adhere to processes and document procedures.
• Recommend upgrades and replacements when needed.
• Promote IT services through local delivery of tech initiatives.
• Participate in projects as required.
