Colliers in Sydney is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Officer (Level 2) to deliver professional IT support to NSW employees. It is a hybrid role based in Sydney CBD, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, and involves resolving issues, supporting hardware and software, and contributing to IT projects.

Applicants should have 2+ years in a Level 2-3 helpdesk, with experience in Windows 11, Office 365, Citrix, SCCM and ServiceNow. Location: Sydney or Melbourne; full-time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Level 2-3 helpdesk role.
• Experience with Windows 11 and MS Office 365 suite.
• Familiarity with Citrix, SCCM, and ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve IT issues for Sydney offices.
• Provide first and second level hardware and software support.
• Document processes and assist in IT projects.
