Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking an EUC Field & Onsite IT Support Technician to deliver on-site and field IT support in Sydney. The role focuses on deploying and maintaining EUC hardware, resolving software and hardware issues, and ensuring smooth business operations at EDG locations.

You will provide 2nd/3rd level EUC support via multiple channels, manage tickets in ServiceNow, perform site hardware deployments, asset management, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Windows OS, Active Directory and endpoint management.
• Strong hardware and meeting room AV troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication translating tech to non-technical users.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and network/MDM tools.
• Experience managing mobile apps and devices (iOS/Android).
• Understanding of cloud/MDM platforms including Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level EUC support via in-person, phone, tickets, and email.
• Deploy and maintain EUC hardware (POS, computers, printers, peripherals).
• Conduct site audits of IT equipment and manage assets/configuration records.
• Manage tickets in ServiceNow within SLAs and ensure timely resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service with clear, user-friendly guidance.
• Audit meeting room technologies and troubleshoot in real time.
• Coordinate with 3rd-party vendors for warranty repairs.
• Develop and maintain procedural docs and staff training materials.
