Achilles Information Limited is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver onsite and remote help across Australia. You will manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, and support end-user devices, networks, printers and workplace tech.

You will handle user accounts, access requests and device provisioning, troubleshoot issues via the IT Service Desk, and contribute to technology deployments and security best practices, aligned with ISO 27001 standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT support, desktop support or service desk.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience using IT service desk platforms.
• Able to work independently and in a global team.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security practices.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support or Service Desk role
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft 365
• Active Directory
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Experience using IT Service Desk platforms
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security practices
• Experience supporting SharePoint, AV equipment, wireless networks or endpoint security tools
• Experience working across multiple countries and time zones
• Exposure to technology deployments and service improvement projects
