Job summary

Agilitus is seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to provide high-quality technical support to end users across the business, ensuring ICT services are delivered effectively and aligned with business needs.

You will manage incidents and service requests, support Microsoft technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT systems and services, including AV/Teams equipment and hardware deployment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and support.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT incidents and service requests based on ITIL principles.
• Provide local and remote support for hardware, software, and user issues.
• Troubleshoot AV and Microsoft Teams equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain business applications.
• Deploy hardware for new and existing employees.
• Maintain ICT asset registers and software licensing compliance.
