Job summary

Humanised Group in Sydney is seeking a permanent Technical Support Specialist to join our Technology team. You’ll be the go-to person for end users, providing responsive onsite and remote support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and core business applications.

You’ll get hands-on exposure to the Microsoft stack – Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure – while contributing to incident and problem management, technology projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in technology support, desktop support, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, iPhone and Android devices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms: Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (incident, problem, change and asset management).
• Understanding cybersecurity principles, endpoint security, and access management.
• Strong communicator for non-technical stakeholders.
• Tertiary IT qualifications; vendor certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Citrix) considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support core business applications and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Contribute to incident and problem management and continuous improvement projects.
• Translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
