Job summary

Kelly+Partners is seeking a proactive IT Support professional to join our growing team, providing hands-on support to Partners, managers, and staff across our offices. You will help keep systems running smoothly and contribute to technology improvements.

Your background should include 3–5+ years in IT, strong Microsoft 365 and Windows OS expertise, experience with ITSM ticketing, and comfort working with external MSPs and senior stakeholders. A driven, service-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on IT experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows OS skills.
• Experience supporting Partners and senior stakeholders.
• Familiar with external IT vendors / MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to Partners, managers and staff across offices.
• Build strong relationships with Partners to understand technology needs.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, licences, security and collaboration tools.
• Manage endpoints (Windows laptops/desktops), onboarding/offboarding, and equipment setup.
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and MSPs.
• Support IT aspects of new office onboarding and integrations.
• Assist with cybersecurity best practices, MFA, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Support practice management, document management and collaboration platforms.
• Handle IT requests using a ticket-based support model.
• Support AI and automation initiatives, including user access for AI tools.
