Job summary

Ignite Travel Group seeks an IT Support Analyst to join our Technology team, keeping staff connected and productive. You’ll troubleshoot issues, support network infrastructure, deploy new tech, and contribute to continuous improvement for a smoother employee experience.

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you’ll work across the business, resolving incidents and ensuring SLA compliance while maintaining a secure computing environment. A hands-on role in a dynamic travel group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in IT Helpdesk or Service Desk environment.
• Experience supporting ICT systems and multi-site technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users.
• Manage incidents and service requests with SLA compliance.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, peripherals and software.
• Perform system upgrades, software updates, and security patching.
• Support LAN, WAN and WLAN environments and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Deploy and configure new devices and user accounts securely.
• Maintain IT security standards, backups, and access controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and service delivery.
